Hehe, new EXE...
He's a 'Retired' EXE who after killing so many, gave up and formed into a somewhat normal Sonic. He does like to interact, but prefers to be alone. If aggravated or annoyed, he will show his more typical EXE form and at worst would knock out anyone.
