Seen this new character without art and is also a custom Scorbunny. So for this one, I went with a semi-real take.
Fun part was its "collar". Unsure about it, I made it furry as well and it looks pretty good. Same for it's nose "bandage".

Behold! A colorful hummingbird.
The style used is similar to that called "pointillism", though in this case it's not 100%.
