I always thought a cool crossover would be Star Fox, Metroid and F-Zero, a premise would be easy too, since mercs and a pair of bounty hunters. Also their settings compliment each other.

Always loved how Mario Party 1 had different title screens depending on who won the previous board.

I got Sakura Wars! Sadly Claris and Kanna barely miss the top 4.
