It need not require an enormous telescope to view. With just a 4" aperture reflector at 16x, one observer sketches this view (the cliffs are again cropped separately)

What would this look like if you pointed a telescope at it? Keep in mind this is a Southern Hemisphere object, so if you live in America you will not be able to observe it.
Here is a sketch seen with a telescope which is huge by amateur standards, a 20" aperture dobsonian.
@GTCCASTRO first pic: aligned properly, so the satellite is farther than the earth's surface
second pic: misaligned (more likely), so the satellite doesn't get farther from sun than the earth's antistellar point gets
(not to scale--the tighter/realistic orbit makes the margins even smaller)
