With the boom of #shugochara fan art appearing that happened in the last few days I want to post the Shugo Chara fan art I’ve done so far again

This is Kanon Mizushiro she is a main character in Jewelpet Sunshine and looks nothing like a typical Sanrio main character. She is also 17/18 which isn’t the age you usually expect Sanrio main characters to be either and I really like that Kanon is different to most other mains

These are all the characters called Aoi I know beside the jewelpet one they’re all blue characters so I like how Jewelpet Aoi is yellow cause it screws with what signature colour you think goes with the name Aoi and I love that

Shoutout to the Mermaid Melody subs and manga for the one time they got Hanon’s signature colour right

I really like how I draw Yayoi so looks great anytime I draw her

Some parts of the songs are the same in both the anime and soundtrack version. This line in Kizuna is sung by Luchia in both the anime and soundtrack version #mermaidmelody

Also the chibi artwork of the them is damn adorable

While I have watched very little of each Aikastu series (barring On Parade and Planet) I've already decided Aine and Yume are my favourites are my favourite Aikastu characters

I like the anime design of them fine but I really like how the guardian characters look in the Shugo Chara manga they just pop out more so than their anime counterparts
