I quickly created a cat creature for the forest in my novel. Because the forest can be near black at some points, several of the animals are blind or near to it. This cat is near blind but can feel vibrations on the ground through its paws. It then attacks from behind.

I did a sketch to get rid of stress, and this is the result. I think I made some proportion mistakes, but anyway, this is my character, Antiiss. She's doing what she loves best; learning.

A very quick stress-relief drawing of my characters Antiiss and Albaen. They both crave knowledge about the worlds around them(basically, they are nerds), and become friends because of that.

I was REALLY annoyed about how my last drawing of him went, so here is a new drawing of my #character, Fiontan. He's from my #Wattpad novel, Haze.

Each-Uisge: From Scottish folklore & similar to a Kelpie, but more dangerous. They will lure humans to the water using a human or horse form, then eat everything but the liver. In horse form its body becomes adhesive at the sight of water, trapping any humans from escape.

This drawing was not working with me at all! I wanted to do some concept art for Fiontan, but THE HANDS. I tried to make it look like he was loosening his tie to go fight something, and it really was not working with me. I give up! This is as good as it will get hahaha

A Crodh Sidhe is a "fairy cow" found in Scottish folklore and is described as without horns, white bodied, & red speckled. They eat seaweed and sometimes visit with regular cows, but will always leave again for the sea. #FolkloreThursday
