Pokemon Company is fully aware of it's adult audience but they're also afraid of breaking away from that family-niche so we rarely get to go to darker territories. When we do though, its really interesting.

@kam4ran Always wanted to know why they dont do approaches like this. The game encourages multiple build paths on pokemon, multiple evo paths doubles down on it.
