hook horrors! they’re simple but such classic and iconic animal mashups. insect+vulture+hooks= something truly memorable. it’s simple math! one thing that bugs me though, is that they’re fully sapient. so where’s our playable hook horrors? come on dnd stop being cowards!

it’s hard to pick one design from spiderwick chronicles to feature. that’s tony diterlizzi for you! but I find myself especially attached to the goblins. bats and frogs are odd animal choices that still feel distinctly “gobliny” and they’re just so raggedy and charming.

I hear this is the new thing so please tell me! what does my art taste like?
