She's lead performer at Aberdeen's pub, and the leader of a group in Seabellow that deals with supernatural incidences in the region, despite her protests on this.

Scarlette is a huntress in Seabellow who... doesn't actually hunt as much as some members of the Narsanial Ruffians do. She may dress fancy, but she put up a fight.

That eyepatch is meant to conceal her black glass eye, which grants some abilities that her normal eye can't see.
