I know I already shared this but I just need to say that I kinda like this sprite, what he’s doing with his ears is kinda weird but other than that I think this is a cute sprite for Peppy(totally not biased due to liking rabbits)

Didn’t think to mention this at the time but the Peppy that I drew recently was loosely based on an unused sprite from the May 1994 Star Fox 2 prototype, this would’ve been used when you selected him on the character select screen for the multiplayer mode, all characters had them

Speaking of the fusion cannon they totally could’ve included that instead of the mace weapon, he’s got a slot in each arm where the mace attaches which could allow for a different weapon to attach and he can put his arms in the necessary position for the fusion cannon

Oh yeah Arcee’s car mode totally reminds me of the Cybertronian equivalent of a Corvette Stingray and I’m all for it, I love Corvette Stingrays so much(also here’s her finalized animation model)

It’s honestly a crime that I haven’t drawn the unused t rex villain from Star Fox 2 yet, I’ve been meaning to for a long time because I love the design but I keep getting distracted and forgetting to do it which is frustrating

I forgot that they made model kits of the Vic Viper from Gradius(these are of the versions from Gradius 2, 3, 4, and 5), these all look really cool but I doubt I’d ever be able to get them lol

A feature that actually got removed from these along with Megatron himself for the English release is being able to actually fire little plastic bullets. There’s oval shaped slots where the bullets would go and both the trigger and part of the stock would’ve had launchers
