I commissioned @CarlesS_21 to draw some blue haired characters who I adore: Kahili from Pokémon Sun and Moon and Lapis Lazuli from Land of the Lustrous. They came out so gorgeous! I can't thank them enough 😊

@donut_waifu @GyaruOfTheDay except the Larme magazine started late 2012, her design there is from Black/White 2 (released early 2012) and I'm fairly certain her design was finalized way before that, BUT that really does look like it should be her style, difficult to say(here's how she appeared in HGSS 2009)

@kuromo_tan absolutely, though the funny thing is before redesigning all the characters so they'd be consistent, Horiguchi had already designed one and had to do so again...slightly

originally 22/7 was supposed to have each idol's anime counterparts have a different character designer, included TYPE-MOON artist Hirokazu Koyama, Atelier Rorona/Blue Reflection artist Mel Kishida, etc. but were later all redesigned by K-On!/Tamako Market artist Yukiko Horiguchi
