A great new, exciting fantasy series for Sakura in Years 4 and 5 this week by @kaaauthor. Byx, the last surving dairne or the endling, starts on an amazing journey with a wobbyk and human and picks up more compainions on the way in order to survive.

One of my all time favourites this week for Nursery and Reception in Shibuya. Apart from being a fantastic story by Anna Kemp that never fails, Sara Ogilvie's illustrations are full of so many emotions. This is a book I would definitely take with me to a desert island!

Being both a baker and a librarian, I just loved this week's gentle, lovely story by Kathrin Rohmann for Sakura for Yrs 4-5 with three great recipes too! What more could you want in a book? Available in both German and English.

This week Y3 have been enjoying one of my absolute all time favourite stories to read out: Paul Jenning's 'The Spaghetti Pig Out', short story from Uncanny. Real Aussie humour at its best. One not to be missed: the story always makes me happy!

The first Sakura Book for 2020 in Year 6 was the funny and fairy tale like graphic novel 'The Princess and the Dressmaker' by Jen Wang. I zipped through this book, loving every page! Highly recommended!
