G. immer are beautiful dinosaur mermaids and I love them and love to paint them. 🌕

I feel #Blessed to live near a healthy population of G. immer and I sometimes join them in singing haunting, ancient, lovely songs to the full moon. (Well my versions are haunting at least.)
Also their young are cute.
ALSO, they’ve got really cool feet!

But what is #Easter without rabbits? This skeletal study was for a biological illustration class I took in college. (My friend’s pet and the wild Cottontails helped a lot as live models.)

Lambs (and other wooly ungulates) are another #Easter animal; like these lovely creatures who posed for me at a petting zoo!

“Are you done screaming about Space Jam 2, Trish?”
God, I hope so.
(Checks the release date. It’s not until July.)

For the first day of the #SciArtTweetStorm let me take you back to one of my first visits to @HarvardMuseum of Natural History. Here's my long study of their Kronosaur.
