I feel so guilty, that each day I think about and plan suicide. Yet there's people who are dying & want to live.

I wish my Suicide Ideation wasn't around. But this is how I am on the daily.

@MHA0582 This happens to me too...I'm ashamed to say though, I've not been to my Mums Grave since 2018 but I often sense her around, smell her scent, or cigarette smoke, I also hear her voice. God, I miss her so much 😢 R.I.P MuM 1968-2012 ❤
