What is your all-time favorite Annual from Marvel or DC Comics?
Saturday morning picks!
Do you go with Shanna, Thongor, Bloodstone, or Gullivar Jones? Pick one!
A handful of covers inked by Tom Palmer that I really enjoyed.
Tom Palmer inking over the pencils of Neal Adams, Rich Buckler, Sal Buscema, and Ron Wilson.
From Titans Three to the Defenders!
I liked when the core powerhouse leads of the Defenders appeared in the solo character’s books. I searched for those Sub-Mariner books, and was eager for the Incredible Hulk issues to hit the stands!
Who could be a modern Titans Three?
Make your Bronze Age pick.
Which of these DC heroes do you go for in their Bronze Age tales?
The West Coast Avengers was an uneven book, but the team had an interesting array of mostly lower tier villains.
Graviton, Phantom Rider, Master Pandemonium, Grim Reaper, Doctor Demonicus, Zodiac, Night Shift. It was intereting to see the oddballs in the spotlight.
@PatrickZircher I agree but I did like his Doom Patrol work.
Many think it was traditional (and it was, especially following Morrison, Bisley, Case and Nyberg’s work) but I enjoyed it. I thought the storytelling of the art was very clear if that makes sense.
Raven.
A Bronze Age creation - I really liked her internal conflict; it was much like Wolverine fighting off his violent temptations over at Marvel.
