Many people connect similarities between early Rise concept art (shown left) and Persona 2 character Lisa Silverman. However, a lesser known concept art sketch of Chie bears an even closer resemblance.

Cut from the western releases of the game, P4G featured 12 interviews with the JP voice actors as part of the bonus TV Listings. These interviews were accompanied with strange models featuring their faces on the characters.
