Another OC redesign!
This is Rhipley Thorn! An old Cactus Punk character I made ages ago. I always really liked her design but I never really did anything with her after creating her. So here she is, getting a fresh coat of paint! I still REALLY like how she looks.

Work I need to do just isn't happening. But I've been thinking of some funny characters I wanted to do redesigns of lately so I figured I could do one to get the creativity flowing.
