He will fly through numerous locales in search of her, tearing apart the land as he searches for his "queen" (Obviously, there is more than one Ibushi and Narwa since they are a species. If our Ibushi looked hard enough, he probably would've eventually found another Narwa).
Wind Serpent Ibushi is an unusual elder dragon with some bizarre adaptations. From a distance, he looks like a "flying seahorse" (Conceptually, that's what they were going with).
