Gasurabazura is predatory in nature and primarily preys upon a scorpion-like carapaceon known as a Kusubami (クスバミ). These small carapaceons are poisonous, but they are a staple part of Gasurabazura's diet due to it using their toxins for itself.

Here's some armor that can be crafted with Harudomerugu's materials.

When enraged, it'll produce more mercury than usual, causing a pool of the liquid metal to bubble around its body and damage any creatures close within its vicinity.

Besides using mercury for defense and flight, it also uses the substance as a weapon against enemies. Harudomerugu has encountered many creatures throughout its life, including other monsters and hunters. With each of these encounters, it has learned new ways to fight.

Several glowing red organs can be found on Harudomerugu's body, and these organs are how it produces mercury. By aggregating the surrounding substances in its environment, Harudomerugu is capable of producing and manipulating mercury.

These blade-like wings lack a membrane, meaning it usually can't use them for flight. Covering its body is sharp scales, which form into a tough shell, that act as a last line of defense against attacks.
