If you use a Fire Stone on your Eevee while it holds a Water Stone, it will evolve in Steameon, the Steam Pokémon.
Steameon's fur has the same consistence as steam and the Pokémon can manipulate its temperature up to 300°C.

If you use a Thunder Stone on your Eevee while it holds a Fire Stone, it will evolve into Seebeon, the Thermoelectric Pokémon!
Seebeon's name comes from Thomas J. Seebeck, the discoverer of the Thermoelectric effect.
