I completely forgot to announce the new badge with the release of Bard!

@kylafrankillus worked on this badge for all Bard members who start their own community! She is lovely to work with if you're interested in commissioning her!

Spart's newest badge, which will be getting released with the switch from Spart to Bard, is now done!
