She's the adopted daughter of another OC of mine, Shisuto, who pretty much had fatherhood thrust upon him when Aurora's drug addict of a mom just left her with Shisuto. Her biological father, not wanting anything to do with Aurora, signed her into Shisuto's custody.

With a little help from @Mudavaye you now get to see Kain in all his beefcake glory.

Thanks to @Klown_Teeth we finally have the commissioner of the Reaper Association, or rather, commissioners. Bo, Kyle, and Yosif make up the chimera that is Kain and company's boss. They constantly argue but in they very few moments they DO cooperate, they are unstoppable.
