I got a request on Tumblr for some Macrocosm content in AU but I deviated a little from the original ask 'cause Jellybeans wrote out a little snippet hypothetical for it and then my brain exploded.
I just love that they're both mommies and go through some drastic physical changes in appearance and both love the same man but go down completely different paths.

my brain melted at the first few segments of Jellybean's fic with Janeway being a slippery goober + Chakotay trying to catch her + her sniffing his hand + being comforted by his scent like it's instinctively familiar + safe to her. GOOD STUFF.
