Really excited to color this piece. With moving into being a full time dad and cartoonist, travel, the loss of our pup Lola…it’s been a weird month, and a rough last week. It was good to finish up a colored piece. Different than just working through pages.

I love these boys :)

I want a Calvin and Hobbes Artist's Edition so bad. Maybe just focus on the Sundays? Or the later years after Watterson had freedom in his layouts? Or just a Spaceman Spiff collection? Something. Folks will throw money at it. Trust me.

Trying to improve (hopefully) and keep my inking fresh as I work on pencils, layouts, lettering, etc that can keep me from inking for days at a time.

Gonna use that as an excuse to work on some strips. I set a time limit and tried to finish. Oof!
