Just posted a Year End update to Kickstarter. Backers should have it in their inbox, but you can check it out here:

Ah, man. #watercolour is trending! Here are a few watercolor pieces I've done over the years. I could paint trolls, tomten and Calvin and Hobbes everyday :)
Get first crack at some original art today at noon (Texas Time)!
I always give Patrons dibs on original art. This time is a whole mix of stuff. Everything from little goblin paintings, old fanart pieces from my comic con days, and even the pages from the Beorn FCBD short.
I even found some original art from back when I was doing fanart to sell as prints at comic conventions.
And while I'm still not exactly sure where I'm gonna take the kids on quest/horror pictures I've been doing, I'm gonna put these first ones up in the shop to make room for tackling new ones.
I miss having time to just play around and experiment, so that's something I'm really pushing for in my schedule for the New Year. I want to throw ink and paint around again, especially to see what might come out now, with a few years more practice under my belt.
Alright, Monday morning folks!
I'm looking for a colorist for Beorn! If you, or anyone you know, might be interested, please DM me with details (samples, page rates). For now, I'd like to keep close to the aesthetic I already have going.
Thanks so much!

I think including some dialogue adds something, namely a little bit of narrative direction to what the reader is involving themselves in. And the black border adds a darkness I like. Might need to see that on the page or webcomic screen, though.
Seeing the handful of these images I've finished all lying together here on my desk, I honestly just love seeing them in their raw form. (I also want to work on my scanning process a bit to try and capture some things I feel are missing from the scanned images)
Playing around with subtle changes. It's killing me. I'm trying to think end-product, too. I always want to work toward a planned big picture. That way even if I decide to pivot, I have to make the same adjustments to everything. But that requires some stages I'm not ready for.
