Color tests. I did another one that had less of a strong shadow and softer painted quality. I'm leaning toward this. Never a good judge of when it's "too much."

Also played with a warmer shadow color on Womp. Whichever I go with, I definitely like the shadow darker and more pronounced.

Well, bit the bullet and tried out so I could get more of a painted look with my art again. I miss using watercolor, but need to work digitally. This was pretty fun, and I dig it so far.
