Digital colors today. I always love watercoloring my Viking pages, but I'm hoping to find a look that I dig and will let me work faster. Everyone tells me digital is faster....I'm still waiting :)

Finished up. Been getting back to working digitally. Soon, I'll have a traditional project done with ink and watercolor I'm posting for folks, and one that I try to do completely digitally.

's Head Lopper volume 2 came out today. If you haven't checked this out, do yourself a favor. His art is absolutely awesome, and his storytelling and pacing are phenomenal.

Added a little gradient. Still feeling like it's not finished enough, but I guess that's the point of it being a "sketch." Looking forward to trying again soon.

Ouch. Today's practice piece made me realize I need a lot more practice! When was the last time I drew a dog, anyway?! And the digital coloring just wouldn't work out the way I'd hoped. Even the inking seemed to give me a hard time.
