Normal Soul would definitely be inspired by and a mixture of these characters if I had to choose. Loyal, supportive, determined to protect others, fighting the good fight, trying to be wise and helpful.

If I made a dark version of Soul, he would honestly be a mixture of these characters in terms of personality. Truly devious, calculating, over the top, insane, and not one to mess with.
