Fun little timbit: Kana’s design raise a striking resemblance to one of the bingata costumes from ryukyuan dance. Tales of Commons is inspired by Japanese, Western, and Ryukyu Islands style, so it makes sense where the characters designs come from.

One of Sefina’s hobbies is dancing, specifically Ryukyuan style. Ryukyuan dance is a performing art done traditionally in Okinawa & has several styles (Traditional, Zo, and Creative)
