In Italy the Topolino (Mickey Mouse) comics have been published for 90 years. The best runs have been translated into English by Disney Comics, Boom Studios, or IDW. The villain is usually a variation of the Phantom Blot. Sometimes a robot, Wizard, or even Dracula. Hit up Amazon.
