4. During the development a Doctor Pheralt was asked to leave the lab due to his pure inhumane requested additions to project B. In pure anger he made his own robot using the plans for Project B. it however lacked any human emotions and was purely built for destruction

2. to get into Billy we actually need to go near 30 years before she was made. Temartine labs set out to make the most humanoid robot imaginable, one that could be a beacon and protector for all. This lead to the creation of Cerise. or project C (she was not water proof)
