Rui Komatsuzaki, the main concept artist of Danaganronpa, did a guest illustration of Litchi and Arakune for BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma. His accompanying message states that he used to play fighting games in his youth, and is impressed by how far they have come.

When BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger was first announced, the artworks for the playable characters (Ragna, Jin, Noel, and Tager) were still work-in-progress. Tager's was just a placeholder that we wish was the final piece.
