Katsuki Mukai is a member of Arc's art department and has worked on the story boards and motion continuity for BlazBlue. As well as this, they have worked on Persona 4: Arena, Guilty Gear, and even Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Sumeragi is an artist who has illustrated both Remix Heart and Variable Heart. She created the design for Mai Natsume and Kajun Faycott, also making their story portraits for CPEX.
Before working for Arc, Sumeragi made several NSFW doujin featuring Ragna x Jin.
Yuki Sugiyama is an artist employed by Arc. They are the main illustrator of the Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift novel adaptions. They've been with Arc since at least 2004, having worked on GG: Isuka, Battle Fantasia, and Persona 4: Arena. For CT, they were also a writer!
Shigetaka Kimura is an artist at ASW who has been working there since at least 2009. They have worked on Hard Corps: Uprising.
