Commission for @MistahRDP featuring me. Looks like the big bad yeen felt challenged seeing a nerd as big as him. >.>

So I've been learning how to do pixel art & I try to recreate Oil Ocean zone Act 2 from Sonic Mania in "16-bit Sega Genesis format" w/ some extra touch. That way there's an Act 2 variant BG of the classic Oil Ocean zone. I plan to make this into a tileset to share w/ y'all.
