Kinda-sorta. Sableye's redundant cuz of the Hopkinsville Goblin. AC Marshal's literally just the mouth (bored resting face is inspired by irl me lol). Rythm Heaven is a general artistic inspiration, not just Ubu. But you get the idea.

I think it'd be super awesome if a bunch of people made Little Ubu memes! Feel free to put this little guy in funny situations and places, use the hashtag #littleubu, and I'll check it out and (probably) retweet it!
