this hc has been rotting in my brain since february so :]
I finally designed my favorite PKMN Ranger character as a Top Ranger; I struggled with the colors but overall I'm really happy with it

this sketch happened yesterday, I DON'T know how it happened, I was too lazy to leave the app to look for references for him, and no, I will not finish this
