Baayu is a Nepho fairy (Nepho is the greek word for cloud)
So far her unintentional magic effects are that prolonged extreme emotions will affect the weather in a surrounding area but intentional magic is mostly harvest, healing, and weather contracts !

Also I feel a bit silly about this but the cloud like char is my true sona Baayu, a Nepho fairy. Ive been struggling connecting with chars for years and have been designing and trying for so long; part of the reason she even exists is because of my awesome partner 💕👉👈
