A couple takes on Manatronatee. If I recall correctly, they started as a Shattered Glass character first. DJW was very fond of cassette-based characters. The same goes for Metalhawk, seen here with some sketches presumably from Ben 10 Omniverse.
"Heffer" is a character from unofficial Wisconsin-based convention Dairycon. Lyzack and Windy are official characters, though only one of them made it to publication in Animated.

Ever since these guys got revised for the complete almanac I've wondered if they're part of the Elite Guard. I assumed the Ironfist body-type was the only one they used at the time.
Something I noticed on Francesco Giglio's Wild Wheel concepts is that the windshield that sits on the present day design's back changes colors between sheets and is missing from the flashback design's rear view.
