@DefraGovUK we need to take action on litter & plastic now! Education is the way forward. I can still remember the Tufty road safety campaign we had as a child. We need a campaign like this about litter & plastic. Let Bertie Bottle lead the way! https://t.co/IY5NmuiAtJ
