So back in the late 2000s, @personasama and I used to do a lot of cover work together, a lot on Namco games. Those were some of them, but we also did a ton of stuff for Soul Calibur V which ended up being discarded. His were better than mine, but here's the highlights, ahaha.
@egoraptor @personasama Oh man Jon, I forgot we did these together!! We did SOOOOOO many of these. There were even some full renders of the Pac-Man ones they didn't use, but I don't know if I have them anywhere. Do you remember THIS one, though? Ahaha.
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love is ten years old today! Here's something I bet you didn't know: There was a DoubleJump strategy guide for it that was completely laid out that never got released or printed.

@IndivisibleRPG Early on, there was an want to explore a sort of "ripped out of the world" look, to try to tie it into the inner realm. These were kind of discarded quickly as "too busy." We really wanted to simplify the design so it was unobtrusive.
There are over 40,109 subtitles in the Japanese version of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. Don't ask me how I know.
