Harli was a CN NPC I played in my home game on breaks from school. He was a Mulhurondi Genasi 'trader', who sailed the Sea of Fallen Stars. He wore jewelry and wasn't a hard, rugged male like most of the rest of the party...

Their clothing? He alternates between two sets. One, his crappy adventuring gear which is beaten to hell and back (pic by ArtofHAU on Tumblr) and hide armor; the other his fancy Waterdhavian clothing. The latter has no pic yet, though.
