A @PublishersWkly review of the Virginia Woolf picture book, illustrated by me and written by @BethKephart, called A ROOM OF YOUR OWN a "dreamy book" and “Together, images and text combine for an unequivocal ode to the necessity of being oneself, and of having time alone.”
Roe v Wade overturning. No one has the right control anyone in this way. I came up with this idea/sketch in 2017. I don't believe this has anything to do with saving a life. This has everything to do with keeping people down and in their place. Our bodies, our choices.

Drawing this morning.
I like drawing more when I pretend I'm painting.
Such a weird feeling to find people pinning old work I completely forgot I'd done.
Haven't the slightest clue where the artwork is, and I imagine I have a scan of it on some dusty pile of Ye Olde CDs in the basement.
