Mister Miracle is such an important fucking book. It deals with anxiety and depression in such a relatable and real way despite the fact it's about a god-turned-escape-artist-turned-superhero. It's also hilarious, heartwarming, romantic, and just... powerful.

DQVII's artwork is so moody and strange, it's such a perfect fit for the game whose story is meant to make you feel conflicting emotions. Looking at it makes me nostalgic for a time I missed out on.

@JonComms yeahno. I'm not biased when I say Hero's is the best by a country mile, because I didn't care about Dragon Quest until I saw it. It sold me on an entire franchise single-handedly. The music, the fanservice, the insane moveset mechanics shown, it just has the best of everything.
