The 12z EURO just had it's most bullish run YET w/ regards to precip in the West.

Over the next 10 days, it has vast expanses of California receiving 8"+ of rain, and well over 150" of snow in the Sierra Nevada.

After #Ian's extremely quick EWRC, the eye's radius has grown to some ~50 miles wide at its widest. A devastating storm surge is forecast to along FL's Gulf Coast. In essence, a huge chunk of Cape Coral/Ft. Myers is about to go underwater.

Finally!! A fantastic monsoonal setup is looking more and more likely next week. Details concerning the monsoon are just about impossible to detail a day out, yet alone a week out, but the overall pattern is looking conducive to bring the Desert Southwest some goodies!#utwx #azwx
