Today is the start of mental health awareness week. I woke this morning and instantly felt stressed and sad. My anxiety is high and I am struggling to stay positive about stuff.

The next Broken Grey Wires exhibition will be in April 2020,at The Auxiliary in Middlesbrough. Artist list will be announced next week so keep your eyes peeled.
