Here’s a piece from last year called anxiety.
My husband has surgery on Monday so I plan to visit this idea again to help process some of the anxiety I am feeling. Art is definitely a helpful tool to focus on when life is tough.

Lichen, moss and fungi slowly creeping into my floral drawings. Not sure where I’m going with this. Some lichen paintings or collages maybe.

As squirrel walked with her camera under the leafless weeping willow by the river bank, she saw a beautiful swan gliding across the water.
What a lovely sight to see she thought happily.

One for sorrow and one for joy thought mr deer, as he photographed the magpies in the evergreen. He always tried to remember that life is a mixture of both sorrow and joy and was thankful for the moments in nature that gave him joy and helped to heal his sorrows.

In the early evening, rabbit met some wood pigeons in the evergreen, she had always loved the pigeons they had such pretty feathers and they spoke so softly.

As hedgehog wandered quietly by the river she found a beautiful kingfisher at the waters edge. She watched it a while and took some lovely pictures to add to her collection.

Badger found a clattering of jackdaws in an old twisted tree today, he stayed to watch the mischievous birds for a while. He loved the colours that shimmered on their dark feathers.
