@Jek_Korpen I’d actually like some advice tho, how would you go about making Pokémon more unique in appearance?

I drew one for the first time in forever recently and I loved it.

@iggika Same really. I only care for the art and designs. @Gurihiru's art and a few others are artists who's work I genuinely like and appreciate but it's ONLY the art themselves I have any interest in rather than the actual stories. The designs are appealing, their stories aren't.

Step 3: Cover the fire in a hue/saturation adjustment layer, and tick "colourise". Use any colour you like (an orange colour around the level as this is what I find best suitable for fire) and cover the fire in it, and set saturation to 100. Make sure lightness is 0.
