This evening, some cityscapes I’ve painted! In order, ‘Qi’, ‘Kaparin’, ‘Ellomyr’, ‘New Dis’, painted for #numenera and lattermost for @WGalaini ‘s steampunk hell.

This represents a marathon, not a sprint; both pieces are informed by that time away from art.

#OriginalContentArtist might as well be my job description! When working for settings like #numenera, they usually just tell me to go do my thing and bring back something beautifully weird. Feels good!

Wow, didn't expect to see 3K so soon! What a wild weekend. And yes, follower counts are a faulty measure and all, but each person somewhere in there who enjoys what I do--that really warms my heart. <3 Here, have this *proffers another weird landscape*

What is this #NobodyArtistClub? I'm almost to 3K, which feels like an honor already. I'm no expert at the Twitters, though, so fair enough. An arbitrary 10K threshold will come or not, someday. *shrug* Here are some of my weird landscapes you didn't ask for! ;-)

That said, discussion about correct monetary value for custom artwork, etc, may be an exception. Artists being chronically undervalued by society is a problem. We should be able to provide for ourselves and our families, not expect the dumb 'starving artist' stereotype.
