What's good for a hot summer's day? A frost giant's fortress! Well, I can cast my mind there at least and feel a little bit more chill. Contrast with my previous piece for the same game, 'Tower of Fire and Darkness'!
Felt like sharing some art this evening, so here's a piece I painted for my friend, @TheBitzr for her world/IP (go check her out!). This one felt like leaning into a lot of my own nostalgia for SFF covers I grew up with.

"The Isle of Forbidden Cultivations" is a landscape (painted for #Numenera) that shows what's possible when society isn't constantly harvesting your energy and life. When you aren't dying a death of a thousand cuts.
Thanks for the tag, Christine! And Ashley! And William!

So here's a piece I've been sitting on for over a year: "The Great Salt City" for an RPG sourcebook called Keyforge: Secrets of the Crucible. I kind of just want to dive under those waves. Rough sketches included!

@Weary_canary Thanks for the artshare, good for replenishing one's heart! Specifically choosing some of my paintings that I feel resonate with the current moment. I'll tag @GolcuDoruk @aaron_radney @AllenPanakalArt
"The Red Tree", (and its initial sketch) painted for a game in development.
I'm a big fan of trees, but even if this one wasn't the size of a small mountain, I'd advise against hugging it.
