@RipVanSlyme2 Add some white shapes to top it off. Duplicate white later, set it under the first. Filter, gaussian blur it to add a nice glow effect.

When Victor summons his dragon familiar, Anora will spin her shields around her targets at a fast speed forming a vortex/tornado. The familiar breathes fire into it making a giant flame tornado with the victims inside of it. #TheTO2Souls

So Anora is an old OC I made back in my ol' high school days. An Earth girl who discovers a pair of shield shape earrings. Double tapping both transforms her into a superhero. A power suit that protects her from damage. She wields two shields that she can control telepathically.
