Mine is, well, a more distorted and twisted silhouette of myself. The damaging and demeaning part of me that lingers within.
This comic just goes over my experiences with my inner critic. And the hopeful possibility of being able to reduce his negative influence...
Since being on the course I learnt a lot about the inner critic. A psychological construct that personifies the negative/self critical voice in our minds.
Inner critics can vary depending on the individual, a common practice is to draw what your inner critic looks like.

This is another personal comic I've been working on. Since visiting the local mental health Foundation I've been setting up a few goals. One of which was to be more creative and work on a potential portfolio.

Had to make a few changes to the decal. Mainly because the letter 'Z' has unfortunately been used negatively by a certain Russian leader. Instead there is now a little ghost decal which I guess is more appropriate given Arthur's line of work.
